One Cusp Molar Buccal Tube (Non-Convertible)

A one-piece direct bond buccal tube that is about half the length of a traditional buccal tube, and is designed to be bonded to the mesial cusp of the molar. This tube can be used on the first or second molar and its small size makes it great for circumstances where space is limited. The compound contour, micro etched Grip-Lok, base creates a glove type fit on the molar cusp, enhancing placement and stability. Although the Solo Tube is built with 0 degrees of offset, the features of the base and flanges allow the tube to be placed slightly mesial or distal on the cusp, giving the doctor the ability to fine-tune rotation and offset. The mesial face of the tube body is almost completely funnel shaped, tapering into the slot opening, greatly aiding in arch wire placement. The Solo Tube has a strong hook that is angled away from the gingiva to avoid impingement, and the top of the tube has a dimple providing a secure location to push while seating the tube.

We are proud to announce our improved Epic band line. Several features have been added in response to feedback we've received from our doctors. We have added a lingual indent to the upper band for a more precise fit. Our bands are now easier to contour and have a more resilient snap-back to the original shape after test fitting.

The Micro-Stop is a small tube that is threaded through and crimped on an archwire and is used to limit movement or provide anchorage.  It's small size, approximately .080 x .032, makes it inconspicuous and comfortable for the patient.  The Micro-Stop can be clamped onto a wire using a dull cutter, a Wiengardt or most any other holding plier.  Available in two sizes.

Our new CNA Mushroom Loop archwires are made of advanced nickel-free, Beta III Titanium alloy (CNA) that allows the wire to bend similar to stainless steel while maintaining super elastic "memory" properties to promote bodily movement in a consistent manner to provide predictable space closure in horizontal, transverse and vertical directions.  Each archwire contains two contoured mushroom shaped loops that evenly transmit forces from and to the anterior and posterior segments.  The rounded gingival portions of the mushroom shaped loops, unlike traditional looped archwires, are more anatomically shaped to the gingival area, less intrusive on sensitive tissues and consequently significantly more comfortable for patients. In addition, lower archwires feature smaller loops than upper archwires accommodating the natural proportional differences found in mandibular and maxillary teeth.

These wires come in .016 x .022,  .017 x .025 and  .019 x .025 rectangular wires.
